We have developed some highly enjoyable classes at Klemzig Fitness.
There are certainly many benefits to training in a group scenario and we have tapped into this with our exciting class formats.
Group fitness is the greatest of motivators. Not only are you working with others but you also have a strict timeframe in which to workout under guidance by our staff. It's completely up to you to push yourself to the limit each time you train but in a group scenario you can benefit by seeing others also push themselves to achieve their personal results.
If you haven't given classes a go before perhaps start at one of our lower level of classes and build your way up. Once you start, we are sure you will be hooked!
