Class description
Step A high cardio class using Height adjustable steps
Body Bar A class using barbells & adjustable weights for toning. May also include some cardio work
New Body Low impact aerobics with hand weights & muscle conditioning
Combo A 60 minute class co mbining various aerobic styles
Orbit A strength class using Smart Balls
TTB Focussing on the tummy, thighs & buttocks
Step Combo A 60 min basic step class using hand weights for extra toning
Fatburner Low impact aerobics with muscle conditioning
Basic Step Basic choreography, high energy step class
